Create your own tesellation
As a final task of our integrated unit "Geometry in the Alhambra" you have to create your own tesellation using the application Geogebra. Remember you can start your construction with a square, as I explained in class, or with a equilateral triangle, as you can see in this video:

Visiting the Alhambra
Last week we were working on a new integrated unit about the Alhambra.

Remember the tasks and activities we did:
You can begin your research
with the following links:
Task 2: What is a
tessellation?
Activity 1: Cover the space
on the following rectangle by drawing polygons. Do it your own way. The only
rule is to not leave gaps between the polygons.
Activity 2: Is it possible
to cover a surface with other regular polygons?
Activity 3: Geometric transformations:
Translation, Rotation and Reflection.
Task 3: What
tessellations can we find in the Alhambra?
Activity 3: “La pajarita
nazarí”
